This is a full-time WFO role based in Sunter, Jakarta. As our Customer Service, you will be the frontline of our brand, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support across our e-commerce and social media channels while helping deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Job Descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries via Shopee, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook and other channels
- Update e-commerce assets, including banners, promotions, update product listings across marketplace platforms.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Support weekend shifts and major campaign periods
- Assist the Social Media team by appearing as on-screen talent in promotional content
- Support the Social Media team in creating spontaneous and trend-driven video content
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the beauty industry is a plus
