Customer Service OE – Bangka Store
OE is looking for a Customer Service to join our team at OE Bangka, Jakarta Selatan.
We are looking for someone who is warm, well-presented, communicative, and passionate about serving customers with excellence.
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age under 30 years old
• Minimum education D3 / S1
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Assistant / Customer Service / Retail Staff
• Confident in handling customers directly and online
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
• Good communication skill
• Good appearance and well-groomed
• Minimum height 160 cm
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed at OE Flagship Store Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
Job Descriptions:
• Serve customers warmly and professionally, both walk-in customers and online inquiries
• Assist customers in product selection, size recommendations, product availability, and styling information
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and offline store
• Follow up potential customers and maintain good customer relationships
• Input and update customer data properly
• Support sales transactions, product reservation, exchange, and adjustment requests
• Coordinate with store team, online team, and inventory team regarding product stock and customer orders
• Maintain excellent service standards that represent OE’s premium brand image
• Prepare simple daily reports related to customer inquiries, sales follow-up, and service issues
• Help maintain store tidiness, product display, and customer experience at Bangka Store
