Tanggung Jawab Utama
Operasional & Customer Service
Handle inquiries via WhatsApp & channels lain
Follow up payments, leads, testimonials, complaints
Maintain customer & business databases
Organize documentation di Notion
Content & Social Media
Schedule & publish content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Threads)
Create Canva posts & edit basic Reels/TikToks (CapCut/VN)
Manage content calendar & monitor insights
Min. 1 content/minggu during probation
Marketing & Sales Support
Support campaigns & partnerships
Identify & engage with potential customers
Lead generation & follow-ups
Suggest improvements untuk business

Kompensasi
Basic Salary + Fixed Commission per Sale
