Customer Service & Reservation Officer
📍 Location: Bali

At EasyRent Bali, we don't just rent cars—we create seamless journeys for travelers from around the world. We're looking for a friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Reservation Officer who loves communicating with people and thrives in a dynamic environment.

✨ What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Manage vehicle reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Confirm bookings, send reminders, and assist customers before, during, and after their rental.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure every booking runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Update booking schedules and customer data in the system.
- Promote additional products and services such as insurance, Wi-Fi, SIM/eSIM, tours, baby seats, and more.
- Prepare booking documents, invoices, and daily operational reports.
- Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat customers.
✅ We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Is friendly, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Has strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Is comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and reservation systems.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or car rental is a plus.
🕒 Working Schedule
6 working days per week
1 weekday off
Available Shifts
- Shift 1: 06:00 – 15:00
- Middle Shift: 10:00 – 19:00
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 23:00
