Deskripsi pekerjaan customer service & Document export PT Fajar Lautan Abadi

Job Requirement

Experience in freight forwarding business at least 2 years
Holding Bachelor degree in any major
Have knowledge of basic procedures for Import and Export
Have experience in handling manifest (Outward & Inward)
PPJK License is not necessary, but certainly a plus.
Great knowledge in documentation: BL, packing list, commercial invoice, BC2.3, BC2.0 (EPTE, Non-EPTE) and etc
Great knowledge in regulation and customs clearance: HS CODE, PI, Lartas and etc
Fluent in English both written and spoken is an advantage

Job Description

Monitoring and tracing shipments/cargo,
Handling Administration (Payment, B/L Documentation)
Preparation of trade documents such as B/L and A/N
Submitting documents to customs
Sending documents to customer
Correspondence with Shipper
