Requirements :
- Bachelor degree min D3/S1 from any major
- Have an experience as a Customer Service agent in E-Commerce (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply)
- Proven experience in managing and engaging with an online community.
- Strong analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in
- Exceptional typing skills with strict attention to accuracy (zero typos)
English are required for this position (Min. B2 Level)
