Job Descriptions:
Monitoring pekerjaan teknisi dan memastikan servis produk berjalan sesuai deadline
Membuat laporan pekerjaan daily dari tim teknisi
Membuat rekomendasi atas rekapan unit yang sering rusak dan sering masuk servis
Membuat laporan reject dan tindak lanjut untuk proses pemusnahan
Menjaga IN/OUT barang servisan dalam alur yang sesuai dengan SOP
