Job Description
- Register incoming orders into the system accurately and promptly
- Actively track, manage, and follow up on back-orders
- Monitor order progress from shipment to final delivery, providing proactive updates to customers
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer issues (product inquiries, damaged shipments, or claim requests)
- Maintain and update the NovaSolo collection listings across client websites, ensuring accurate images, pricing, specifications, and inventory availability
- Provide swift, professional, and friendly responses to customer inquiries
- Identify and outreach to prospective B2B customers in the US market
Requirement
- D3/S1 from any discipline
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (strong emphasis on written communication)
- Good communication skill
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- High attention to detail, multitasking abilities, problem-solving mindset
