Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Relationship Officer Pt Aims Progrez
As a CRO, you will be working in a team that is in charge of making sure our sales run smoothly, CRO assists the team in task such as:
Job description:
- Build and maintain relationships with old and new customers to encourage up-selling and cross-selling.
- Make a report regularly about the sales process
- Handling tenders, including administrative and all related tender documents needed for sales
- Find new leads for potential customers
- Good understanding about our solutions as well as a good understanding of our customers to provide the best solutions together with our pre-sales team.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably min. 1 year experience in related fields
- Experience in selling IT software or solutions is preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent in communication & presentation skills
- Target oriented and also a fast learner.
