What We’re Looking For
* Male or Female, minimum 18 years old
* Not currently enrolled in formal education
* Based in Banjarmasin
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Honest, disciplined, and responsible
* High motivation, proactive, and ready to take on challenges
* Basic understanding of customer service and relationship management is an advantage
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
* Update and manage customer data accurately in the CRM system
* Follow up with customers to build long-term engagement
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Support customer retention programs and relationship-building initiatives
* Report customer insights and issues to management
