🎯 Job Description:

Mengelola database customer & distributor

Menjaga hubungan dengan customer (follow up, repeat order, dll)

Menangani pertanyaan & keluhan customer

Membuat program loyalty / retention customer

Monitoring performa penjualan dari sisi customer

Koordinasi dengan tim sales & marketing

✅ Kualifikasi:

Pria/Wanita, usia 20–35 tahun

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Marketing, Bisnis, atau terkait)

Komunikatif, responsif, dan problem solving

Terbiasa menggunakan Excel / Google Sheets

Rapi, teliti, dan terorganisir

Pengalaman di CRM / admin sales / customer service menjadi nilai tambah

Domisili Bandung / sekitarnya
