Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and online with product inquiries, purchases, and recommendations
- Process, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
- Manage inventory, including stock counts, product labeling, and inventory updates.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment and product displays.
- Support card sorting, pricing, and merchandising of cards, sealed products, and accessories.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service to create a welcoming experience for collectors and players.
- Assist with daily store operations and other duties as assigned.
