CUSTOMER RELATIONS STAFF (DENPASAR, BALI)
Republic of Soap is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Staff member. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service, great at problem-solving, and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat.
- Listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer effective solutions.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments or stores to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
- Use CRM systems and other digital tools to manage customer inquiries and data efficiently.
- Handle customer interactions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Adapt to different customer personalities and stay calm under pressure.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with customer service software and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor.
