About This Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for customer needs through live chat, social media, and email.
- Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Who We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service/contact center (non-voice), fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good command of English
- Minimal Diploma from any major.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, and Zoho
- Empathetic and stress tolerance
- A team player, but also a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
