We are hiring on behalf of our client, an established company in the family services and lifestyle sector.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and developing their sales skills. You will be responsible for following up on company-provided leads, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable solutions while gaining valuable experience in customer relationship management and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in communicating with customers and building relationships
- Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on leads and enquiries provided by the company
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Prepare quotations and proposals where required
- Explain product/service features and key benefits to customers
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing
