Talexa Partners is hiring on behalf of our client, an established company in the family services and lifestyle sector.
This opportunity is ideal for Bachelor’s degree graduates and fresh graduates who are confident communicating in English, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in developing their skills in customer relations and sales.
You will communicate directly with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions while building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Confident in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on leads and enquiries provided by the company
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Prepare quotations and proposals where required
- Explain product/service features and key benefits to customers
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing
