- Manager relation and engage closely with the customer

- Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts.
- Analysis of user engagement and user satisfaction
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
- Preferably someone with a high interest in mental health issues and willing to learn and adapt to fast paced technology
- Experience in customer handling, both offline and online events
- Good understanding of Google tools, such as Google contacts, forms, and etc Good understanding of LINE Open Chats
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail
