Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customers.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or service to aksoro customers.
- Facilitate discussions, organize events, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member or customer interaction.
- Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives.
- Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
- Experience min. 1 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus.
- Willing to work remotely (WFA).
