Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and relationship-building.
Provide personalized and attentive service to build long-term client relationships.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the brand’s product, heritage, craftsmanship, and collections to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest product collections, materials, and luxury industry trends.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain and utilize a client database to drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the team to uphold showroom standards and create a luxurious shopping environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in fashion, accessories, or high-end furniture.
Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays
Willing to be based in Cibitung, Bekasi.
Available for an on-site recruitment process at our Head Office in Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta.
