Job Description :
- Handle guest reservations via website and internal system
- Respond to guest inquiries through WhatsApp, chat, and email
- Provide clear information about units, themes, facilities, and house rules
- Ensure all booking details are accurate and well-recorded
- Coordinate with internal teams (Housekeeping, Engineering, Security)
- Support pre-arrival process and assist with self check-in guidance
- Handle guest complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Monitor guest experience during stay (via online communication)
- Maintain reservation records and administrative data
Requirements :
- Minimum High School / Diploma (Hospitality or related field is a plus)
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service / Reservation / Online Support
- Strong written communication (chat & email)
- Fast response, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable using digital systems (BnL, OTA, Google tools, etc.)
- Willing to work in shifts (including weekends & holidays)
