This role requires someone who is service-driven and sales-oriented, with strong communication skills to build positive relationships with customers and support the company's sales activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum education Diploma (D3) in any major
Attractive appearance and well-groomed
Strong communication skills

Possess sales skills and customer-oriented mindset
Able to provide excellent customer service
Basic English proficiency

Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to learn and develop professionally
Friendly, proactive, and responsible personality
Placed in Bintaro, Karawaci Area and willing to be placed or relocated to any company branch if needed
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information and excellent service to customers regarding the company’s products and services
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Offer and promote products/services to customers
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Achieve sales targets set by the company
Prepare reports related to sales and customer service activities
