Deskripsi pekerjaan Customer Relation Officer Wine Adore
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Relation Officer to support our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist with marketing campaigns, sales activities, and client relations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shoManage and update social media accounts and online content
- Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities
- Build and maintain relatioship with our VIP Client from Singapore
- Provide wine recommendation for client (training will be conducted at first month)
- Collaborating with other department to create an effective approach for VIP client.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Economics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platform
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess personal laptop
