WE’RE HIRING — Customer Operations Support
Darmo, Surabaya | Full-time, WFO
LEKA is home to several fast-growing consumer brands across home electronics (LEKA), travel gear (LEKAGo), oral care (Veska), and pet care (LEKA Paws). We’re looking for a Product Developer who can combine product insight, market understanding, and cross-team communication to help shape high-performing products across our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their needs
- Follow up customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support daily operational needs
- Input customer orders and transactions into the system accurately
- Conduct monthly stock opname and prepare inventory reports
- Be on standby and assist during exhibitions or events held in Surabaya
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented personality
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive
- Able to work onsite in Darmo, Surabaya
- Available to work Monday – Saturday (Saturday half day)
