Customer On-Site Engineer
Location: BYD – Subang, West Java, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities
• Be stationed at the BYD factory in Subang to provide on-site technical support and customer service.
• Handle daily operations related to logistics, product quality, technical applications, and customer support.
• Communicate effectively with customers, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and collect relevant operational data.
• Assist the company's technical team in conducting product testing, trials, and technical evaluations at the customer site.
• Prepare reports and provide timely feedback on on-site issues and customer requirements.
• Perform any other duties and assignments as delegated by supervisors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates must have at least 3–4 years of experience in an engineering field.
• Able to communicate in English;
• Willing to be stationed at the BYD customer site in Subang for an extended period.
• Enjoy working with people and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A or equivalent).
• Age: 24–45 years old.
