Customer Happiness (Freelance)
Job Description
Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, and Website)
Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities and pricing optimization
Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
Mantaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in supply chain, sales administration or customer service representative are preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Having experience in retail/beauty industry
Good written & spoken in English would be a plus
Computer literacy especially in MS Office & Excel.
