Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Expert (English Speaker) to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our English-speaking users. You will be on the frontline assisting customers, resolving technical and non-technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from English-speaking customers professionally via email, live chat, and phone.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate and timely solutions, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Data Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, feedback, and ticket statuses within the company’s CRM system.
- Product Guidance: Educate customers on product features, services, and policies to ensure seamless adoption and usage.
- Service Improvement: Share insights and recurring customer feedback with the team to help optimize operational processes and overall user experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (native or minimum B2/C1 level) in both written and spoken formats, alongside strong proficiency in English.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk roles (experience handling international clients is a plus).
