The Customer Service Representative (Customer Expert) will be responsible for handling inquiries and providing assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Key responsibilities include answering customer questions, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its Dutch-speaking clientele, contributing to the overall success of our services in Bali.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in call center operations, customer service, and fluency in Dutch and English are required. Proficiency in Belanda (Dutch) is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
