A Customer Expert is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Meet service quality standards and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools.
- Good command of English (level C1) (spoken and written).
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Hospitality.
- Experience working with international customers is a plus.
