Klasmart is the education technology platform that provides ready-to-use K-12 content, while supporting teachers with technology to create their own interactive content based on the needs of their students, helping them to interact effectively with students in both class and out of class activities, and analyzing their students learning progress.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Management, Academic or related field
- Minimum 1 year experiences in Customer Success (B2B), Customer Experience, Teacher, and or Trainer.
- Experience in education-tech is a plus.
- Have an excellence communication skills
- Have an outstanding self-confidence
Job Description:
- Provide continous training session for teacher and student in school
- Maintain and build strong relationship with customer
- Regularly check in with customers to assess their usage
- Work closely with sales, product and tech team to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may arise
- Willingness to travel and work during weekend (if necessary)
- Another ad-hoc duty as assigned
