Customer Experience Officer
Your role:
1. Handle customer feedback and concerns
2. Maintain post-sales relationship
3. Ensure every customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
We're looking for someone who:
1. Maximum age of 25 years old
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field; a Master's degree (S2) is preferred
3. Background in hospitality or premium service
4. Strong communication and emphaty
5. Calm, solution-oriented mindset
6. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency preferred
