Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support primarily through email, live chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in resolving issues by identifying root causes and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary and follow up until resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and English to ensure clear understanding and support.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards when handling customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 3 or HSK 4 preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
