Job Description:
- Handling customer's complain and give information by inbound call, chat or email
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem
- Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first
- Demonstrate good written and communication skills in Arabic and English (and other relevant languages as required), ensuring clarity, accuracy and professionalism
Requirements:
* Must have fluent Arabic Amiyah skills. Candidates must be able to speak and understand this everyday spoken Arabic naturally (Amiyah).
* Educational Background Min D3 all literature (Arabic Study Graduated is preffered), min GPA 2.75
* Patience, strong sense of service and responsibility
* Have Analytical Thinking, Clear logic, good at communication and understanding
* Quick Reponse, Accurate & CSAT oriented
* Willing to work on shifting & Public holiday
* Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta & Willing to join immediately
