Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Studio Operations specialist for our boutique studio in Canggu. Since we serve a diverse and premium clientele, fluency in English is essential to provide a seamless experience and manage the daily operations of the studio effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administration: Handle all booking systems, rescheduling, and cancellations. Prepare weekly reports on sales, trainer attendance, and studio performance.
- Customer Relations: Act as the first point of contact for clients. Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp and social media, and handle registrations and payments.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio and reformers are clean, towels are folded, and the environment is ready before every class. Coordinate with cleaning and laundry vendors.
- Sales & Growth: Promote studio packages and convert users from third-party platforms (like ClassPass) into direct members.
- Reporting: Monitor studio capacity and analyze monthly metrics (traffic, feedback, and cancellations) to improve service.
Requirements
- Language: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is REQUIRED to communicate with our international clients.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or administration. Experience in the fitness/wellness industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Traits: Reliable, proactive, and friendly. Must be able to work 6 days a week with a hybrid schedule (Morning on-site in Canggu, Afternoon remote).
