Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and monitor progress until resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards in handling customer concerns
- Support the achievement of team service targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Customer Excellence, or other customer-facing roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
