📌 This role will be on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers through various communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and monitor progress until resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards in handling customer concerns
  • Support the achievement of team service targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Customer Excellence, or other customer-facing roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays if required
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
