Qualification
Integrity
Age between 28-40 years
Preferably graduated from Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Having experience minimum of 3 years in Chemical Company/Chemical trading/Manufacture
Required language: Bahasa Indonesia & Mandarin or English.
Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communications, problem solver, good leadership
Required Microsoft skill: Excel, Power Point, Word
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree from related majors
Communicative and able to work as a team, able to work under pressure.
Fast learner and proactive
Analytical thinking & understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
Job Descriptions:
Receive orders and process orders
Follow up for shipment status to related department
Update customer regarding order status and delivery
Arrange and Follow up DO for delivery to customer
Complile all the data required for billing purpose
Control stock (include consignment)
Calculating product cost to calculate selling price to customer
Create and send quotations to customers and follow up to become PO
Sourcing product for new material
Handling Complain
Handle all the administrative task required by customer
