Our mission is to empower individuals and communities through innovative health solutions and wellness programs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Care & Service Representative.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping others live healthier lives. As a frontline representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in providing support, guidance, and a caring experience for our customers — both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone , chat and social media with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Support wellness program participants with relevant information and guidance

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Nutrition (Sarjana Gizi) preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or wellness-related industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer, solution-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a office work (placement in Surabaya, Dukuh Pakis)

Recruitment Process at TEONE
