As a Customer Care representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and maintaining detailed records of all communications to ensure seamless follow-up. You will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.

We welcome applications from candidates who possess a high school diploma or vocational high school education (SMA/SMK) and have between one and three years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in core areas such as Customer Care, Customer Service, and Customer Support, alongside excellent Communication Skills that enable clear and effective interactions with diverse individuals.
