We’re expanding our team to support our growing network of Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel websites. If you're tech-savvy and fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via our website
Identify and report order issues to the development team; monitor and follow up on order processes
Assist with routine website checks and weekly improvements
Provide basic SEO inputs and article writing
Translate platform content from English to Bahasa Indonesia
Requirements:
Proficient in English and Indonesian (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
Strong computer skills; IT background is a plus
Hands-on knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, etc.), including analytics and platform features
Critical thinker with a proactive mindset
Able to work full-time from our Bali office
