Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Coordinator, or Supervisor in Customer Service.
- Experience in logistics industry is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and capable of making quick and accurate decisions.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and set clear priorities.
- Placement: East Jakarta area.
