Requirements
- Final-year student in Business, IT/Information Systems, Education, Communication or related fields
- Strong research, analytical, and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office with familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) or content/collaboration platforms (Notion, Canva, Figma, Miro, LMS) is a huge plus
- Growth mindset, creative, highly adaptable to a fast-paced startup, and learner-centric
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or portfolio in developing learning modules, lesson plans, or educational content (academic, internship, or organizational projects)
- Past experience as a teaching assistant, tutor, mentor, or facilitator
- Basic understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, OBE, etc.)
- Interest in emerging digital fields (AI, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Software Development, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and workforce demands
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks, syllabi, learning materials, and assessment methods for bootcamps or workshops
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Learning Experience team to ensure high-quality content
- Responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance research and optimize curriculum development
- Evaluate and continuously improve learning materials based on learner feedback
