Responsibilities :
- Manage Project development from initiation to closure
- Responsible for maintaining and verifying Vendor/Supplier Database
- Negotiation and request for quotation revision with Vendor (if there are changes) until Establish RAB procurement from Vendors
- Establish report and verified data of delivery
- Provide Project schedule and track to identify when each task will be performed
- Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
- Resolve any issue and solve any problems arising during the projects schedule
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-year experience in the field of Event Organiser, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, CSR
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study
- Has been involved intensively in social/non-profit projects or events
- Good knowledge of Microsoft & Google Suites
- Having background from Crowdfunding Platform are prefered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to think critically in order to solve problems
- Agile and dynamic, able to do multitasking and know how to make priority
