We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people — both the communities outside our walls and the team within them. As our CSR & Engagement Officer, you'll own two things that matter deeply to us: the social impact programs we run externally, and the culture and engagement initiatives that keep our people connected internally. What You'll Do
External — CSR:
- Own CSR programs from planning to execution — no handholding, no waiting around
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, community partners, and vendors
- Be on the ground during events — you're not just coordinating, you're making it happen
- Handle impact documentation, reporting, and external stakeholder communications
Internal — Employee Engagement:
- Design and run internal events and activities that people actually look forward to
- Build culture programs that make the team feel genuinely connected to where they work
- Collaborate across departments to keep engagement meaningful and consistent
- Create internal communications that reflect who we are — not just what we do
What We're Looking For
- Min. 2 years of experience in CSR, events, employee engagement, or community programs — or solid internship experience in the same space
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
- Equally comfortable working with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Cool-headed when plans change — and they will
- Available for evenings and weekends when events call for it
- A strong communicator who can represent the company with confidence
- Passionate about community, social impact, and people — genuinely, not just on paper
- A portfolio of past CSR, event, or engagement work is a big plus
