Job Description

1. Handle export and import documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Process and verify PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration) documents through the CEISA 4.0 system.

3. Identify and determine the appropriate HS Code (Harmonized System Code) for goods.

4. Monitor the status of PIB/PEB, SPTNP, DNP, SPSA, and other customs-related documents.

5. Monitor shipment requirements and status after SPPB issuance, including Notul and NPD.

6. Coordinate and follow up with the internal Customer Service (CS) and Export/Import Documentation teams.

7. Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of export and import documents.

8. Follow up on instructions and requests from internal teams related to export and import processes.

Qualifications

1. Understand export and import regulations.

2. Have knowledge of PIB/PEB procedures using the CEISA 4.0 system.

3. Be able to identify HS Codes for goods.

4. Possess analytical, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills.

5. Be able to monitor the status of PIB/PEB, SPTNP, DNP, and SPSA documents.

6. Be able to monitor shipment requirements after SPPB issuance.

7. Be responsible for following up on instructions from the internal CS/Export-Import Documentation team.
