Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major and preferably experience in e-commerce customer service.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Excellent communication skills (persuasive).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with shopping platform processes and return/refund & disputes flow.
- Strong adaptability, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation to support sales.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of kitchenware or consumer goods is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries, aftersales via live chat at ecommerce platform
- Verify promotions, stock availability, and product descriptions, and Engage in Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Monitor and Report on Customer Feedback and Store Rating
- Proactively handle negative reviews and follow up customers to improve satisfaction and rating
- Handle Complaints and Resolve issues
- Manage end-to-end return & refund cases
- Maintain response time & resolution within the SLA
