- Handling graduation of students along with their certificates.
- Maintain office inventory and solve problems in a team.
- Monitoring/follow-up issues that are still running well in the internal team and also related teams
- Prior working experience as a Customer Service Administrator
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation.
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education.
