We're looking for a CRM Strategist who understands that retention isn't about sending more messages — it's about sending the right message, to the right person, at the right moment.
You'll design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys: onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and advocacy. You'll segment audiences with precision, personalize content with purpose, and measure impact beyond open rates — toward LTV, NPS, and genuine loyalty. If you've built automations that feel human, or turned data into decisions that move behavior, this is your kind of challenge.
This is a hybrid role based in West Jakarta, where strategy meets execution — and every campaign is a conversation.
What You'll Do:
✅ Define and execute CRM strategy across email, push, in-app, and lifecycle channels
✅ Map customer journeys and design segmented, behavior-triggered automations
✅ Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to align messaging with user intent
✅ Build and test personalized content frameworks: dynamic copy, product recommendations, timing logic
✅ Own CRM analytics: cohort analysis, churn prediction, campaign ROI, and attribution
✅ Manage and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar)
✅ Establish best practices for deliverability, compliance, and data hygiene
Who You Are:
✅ 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital products
✅ Proven experience designing multi-channel automations that drive engagement and retention
✅ Strong in segmentation logic, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
✅ Proficient with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms and comfortable with SQL or GA4 for deeper analysis
✅ Bonus: Experience with B2B audiences, enterprise customers, or AI-driven personalization
✅ Fluent in English — written and spoken
✅ Strategic yet hands-on: you can brief a campaign and debug a trigger condition
