CRM Executive Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive (Part-Time) to support our customer management and retention efforts.
You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, improving satisfaction, and generating insights to grow the brand.
Position Role :
Turning first-time buyers into loyal customers.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and organize our end to end CRM database
- Engage with customers daily (chat-based)
- Handle complaints with empathy and solutions
- Drive repeat orders through strong communication
Gather and summarize customer insights (feedback, preferences, buying behavior) to support marketing and product decision
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Comfortable handling customers & complaints
- Curious and able to extract insights from feedback
- Experience in CRM / customer service is a plus
Working hours:
4 hours/day
