Job Description
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage customer databases and perform customer segmentation based on customer profiles, behavior, and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other digital communication channels.
- Develop customer lifecycle campaigns to support onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and retention rates.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve customer journeys, and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other relevant teams to support business objectives.
- Prepare regular CRM performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, campaign management, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications, or other CRM channels.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services, banking, investment, or securities is an advantage.
