We are currently looking for a highly motivated CRM Intern – Architect / Civil Engineer to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Department at Sky House Alam Sutera.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in architectural/engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, honest, and highly motivated.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) at Sky House Alam Sutera.
- Working days & hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
- Available to join immediately; candidates living in Tangerang are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Handle tenant complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, cleaning services) to ensure tenant satisfaction and comfort.
- Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections.
- Support renovation permit processes and ensure compliance with architectural or civil engineering standards by reviewing technical drawings and building specifications.
