CRM & Membership Admin (Reclub)
At Urban Padel, we’re building an active player ecosystem — and this role ensures every player is properly managed, followed up, and converted through our system.
What You’ll Do:
Manage player data and activities through the Reclub system
Send invites and follow up players for sessions (coaching, games, events)
Ensure bookings are confirmed and payments are completed
Track participant status (invited, confirmed, paid, attended)
Monitor attendance and ensure no participant is missed
Handle daily communication with players via chat (WA) and phone
Coordinate with coaches and operations for scheduling
Ensure all activities run smoothly from a participant & admin side
Maintain clean and organized data in the system
What We’re Looking For:
Used to working with systems / dashboards (e-commerce, CRM, admin tools, etc.)
Strong in follow-up and comfortable chasing responses & payments
Detail-oriented and organized with data
Fast response and comfortable handling chats & phone all day
Reliable and consistent in handling repetitive operational tasks
Experience in admin e-commerce (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.) is a plus
Note:
This role is focused on operations, data handling, and follow-up (invite, booking, payment) — not event organizing or social media.
